The result is a milestone in the design and production of liquid ring vacuum pumps, offering tangible benefits to users.
Technical details
The new hydraulic profile allows a performance increase over 10% than the traditional liquid ring vacuum pump designs. Increases the efficiency and operational cost savings all over the entire pump life.
The pump weight is average 30% less compared with the traditional liquid ring vacuum pump designs with compact supporting components dimensions. This advantage allows installation and transportation costs saving
Compact dimensions and volume (L x W x H) 50% less compared with the traditional liquid ring vacuum pump designs. Optimization of factory or plant installation spaces and related costs saving.Single and direct service liquid connection. Easy pump fitting without the use of complicate piping. This ensures a fast and economic pump installation
Central body impeller housing with integrated suction and discharge manifolds with compact overall dimensions. This feature reduces pump components and increases robustness. The maintenance and assembly time and costs saving result to be greatly advantaged.
The suction and discharge port plates are always in stainless steel allowing a greater reliability trough the time and ensuring stable performances. They never require to be replaced during ordinary maintenance reducing down the spare parts cost. -
Travaini – TRM

The TRMX series is the transfer of all the TRVX series basic concepts on the monoblock pumps production. The result is an economical pump with outstanding performance and reliability.
The new hydraulic profile design allows a performance increase from 10% to 20% compared with previous series. This increases the efficiency and operational cost savings all over the entire pump life.
Compared with the previous TRMB series, the TRMX is 10% lighter. The volume is 10-20% smaller. These two features permit fast and less expensive installations.
Maximum flexibility for handling the sealing liquid. In std. condition the TRMX series requires up to 40% less sealing fluid flow compared with the previous TRMB series, ensuring a big saving in the operating cost. In the applications where is required the possibility to aspirate big sealing liquid flow, pumps are supplied with enhanced higher sealing liquid flow capabilityInox port plate with laser cut port profiles. This solution make the port plate free from wear and the laser cut ports guarantee the execution of the best performing designed profiles. Very noticeable the increase of the pump working economy
Innovative anti-cavitation system derived from the TRVX series. The injection port is located very close to the suction port improving the highest operational vacuum level and guarantee higher efficiency all over the pump vacuum range. With this solution the pump operational cost is reduced in a sensible way.

Flux – COMBIFLUX FP 314
The small battery drum pump COMBIFLUX FP 314 is particularly suitable for pumping comparatively small quantities from containers such as cans or up to 200 litre drums. With IP 44, it is protected against splash water and therefore also ideally suited for outdoor use. The small diameter of the outer tube allows pumping even out of narrow openings. The sealless COMBIFLUX FP 314 is designed on a modular basis and can either be operated with the commutator motor FEM 3070 or the battery motor FBM-B 3100. This way several pumps can be operated in series with one motor. The intelligent cooling concept of the motor with double-walled housing ensures optimum air circulation and protects against the penetration of aggressive vapors.

Flux – F 430 PP-100/50
Pump F 430 PP 100/50 in polypropylene was designed for higher delivery pressure. Instead of a rotor, it is equipped with an impeller in a pump housing. In connection with the powerful FLUX motors the pump delivers a far higher pressure of over 3 bar compared to pumps with semi-axial rotors. This makes it especially convenient for conveying media out of e.g. IBCs and other containers into higher lying pipe systems or out of an IBC in the basement to a higher floor.

Flux – MINIFLUX
The horizontally installed, compact container pump MINIFLUX is designed for emptying IBCs via their floor-level outlet. Designed as an alternative to a vertical pump, the MINIFLUX can be used when an IBC is not accessible from the top. It is suitable for applications when gravity draining via the outlet tap is insufficient e.g. rapid dispensing or transfer to another container in a higher location. Power can ideally be provided by a commutator or compressed air motor.
-
Flux – F 430 TR
The horizontal Drum and container pump F 430 TR is ideal for conveying media from IBCs, tanks and other containers with low level outlet. E.g. if a tank is not accessible from the top, or if the spatial conditions do not allow use of a vertical pump. For cleaning, the pump can be easily and quickly taken apart in its two main components. The pump is available in stainless steel or polypropylene. The stainless steel version can also be used in hazardous areas.
-
Flux – F 427 / FP 427
The Drum pump F/FP 427 is ideal for hygienic applications and suitable for conveying media out of drums, IBCs and other containers. It can be easily and quickly disassembled for cleaning / sterilization and can be completely stripped down to individual parts. The pump has minimal dead spots. The drive shaft, the inner and the outer tube are made of stainless steel (316 Ti resp. 1.4581). The pump is also available as FOOD and 3A certified version and complies with international safety standards.
-
Flux – F 426
The Drum pump F 426 is ideal for mixing and/or pumping inhomogeneous media. You can keep media moving that tend to segregate, even during pumping. With the outlet closed, e.g. via a hand nozzle, the F 426 can be temporarily operated as pure mixing pump. By turning the adjusting lever, the pump can be easily adjusted to “mixing” or “pumping”. The pump is easy to dismantle for rapid cleaning. The pump is available in stainless steel and polypropylene. The stainless steel version can also be used in hazardous areas.
-
Flux – F 424 / FP 424
The sealless Drum pump F/FP 424 is ideal for transferring various low-viscosity, also aggressive media. It is suitable for media that flow quickly and neither bond, crystallize nor are abrasive. With this pump you can empty drums, IBCs and also basins. Distinct feature, only at FLUX: The specific construction with spiral-shaped guide bearing in the inner tube prevents unwanted deposits in the pump and increases the service life significantly. The pump is available in stainless steel, polypropylene or polyvinylidene fluoride. The F/FP 424 in stainless steel can also be used in hazardous areas.
-
Flux – F 430 / FP 430
The universal Drum pump with mechanical seal F/FP 430 can be used for various media and is suitable for conveying out of drums, IBCs or tanks. Due to the construction with mechanical seal, the pump can be easily and quickly taken apart into its two main components. This allows good cleanability. Distinct feature, only at FLUX: The inner tube is reinforced with a metal core on plastic models (PP and PVDF). This always allows full function of the mechanical seal. This way, leakage and unnecessary wear are prevented for the complete operating temperature range. Furthermore, it provides highest stability and makes immersion lengths of up to 3 000 mm possible. The versions in stainless steel and hastelloy C are ex-protected. The stainless steel version is also available as FOOD certified version.
