The brushless battery motor
The motor FBM-B 3100 can be used immediately and flexibly – without installing cables, independent of power supply – also outdoors. The motor is maintenance-free and has a long battery runtime of up to 120 min. The Li-ion replaceable battery is recharged within 30 min. A 200 l drum can be emptied in only 3 minutes (at 15000 rpm). Ten 200 litre drums can be emptied with one battery charge (at 5000 rpm). It also has an infinitely speed adjustment. Different pumps can be driven by the same motor.

Positive displacement Exhauster. The lobe pumps are volumetric machines that, thanks to the rotation of two rotors with three lobes within a suitably shaped chamber, create volumes and transfer air through the intake manifold to the outlet one. The rotor lobe rotation without contact is synchronized by means of gears and it occurs completely dry without any lubrication or residues generated by brushing or contact during rotation.

The FBM 4000 Ex is a compact brushless motor, has an extremely tough housing with double skin in aluminium and is thus very quiet. The soft-start and easy to handle speed control, which is integrated in the control knob, allow a sensitive dosing. Speed, current and temperature are monitored electronically. The integrated no-volt release prevents an uncontrolled start of the pump, thus guaranteeing optimal safety.

The lightweight and easy to handle compressed-air motor
The compressed-air motor F 416 Ex is very light and easy to handle and at the same time extremely powerful. Thanks to a silencer it is very quiet. Alternatively an exhaust hose can be used with which the exhaust air can be guided to an oil separator. The speed is simply adjusted by the operating pressure or the amount of air.
