Overview for VersaMatic – 1″ (25MM) metal
Versamatic’s 1″ (25mm) bolted metal air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump uses a patented air valve system to provide non-stalling, lube-free performance with a flow rate of 0-49 gpm (0-185 lpm). The 1″ bolted metal AODD pumps offer several advantages that make them perfect for a variety of applications.
Just one of the many air-operated pumps Versamatic offers, this best-selling chemical-resistant diaphragm pump features a superior positive seal for safe, reliable transfer of fluids.

Versa-Matic® Elima-Matic® E1 1″ pumps take versatility and reliability to a new level with a redesigned center section and the next generation air valve system. Constructed of plastic, the center section resists corrosion from even the most aggressive chemicals, while providing improved operation and ease of maintenance.
The E1 features the Elima-Matic Air Valve System – now with the new Shoe-Valve technology. That means in addition to non-stalling, non-icing, lube-free operation, the E1 virtually eliminates blow-by when the pump is on line but not in use.
