The new generation of NORD IE5+ synchronous motors are manufactured in-house for use in intralogistics as well as in the food and beverage industry. Our motors feature a compact and hygienic design in a very small space and thus ensure high corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is optionally available as an nsd tupH or IP69K version. The motor-integrated encoder is standard and an integrated mechanical brake is optional. By using the motor, the number of versions and operating costs are reduced. It is compatible with all gear units and frequency inverters from the NORD modular system.

Our SyMAX® PMAC radial flux motors are designed for pump, fan, compressor and industrial machinery applications where IE4 efficiencies are required.
Our SyMAX® PMAC radial flux motors allow you to imagine and implement possibilities that no conventional induction motor or competing variable speed technology could provide in air moving, compressor, and pumping applications.
The SyMAX® FHP motor is built in a 48 frame TENV enclosure and delivers the equivalent horsepower and torque of a 145T frame induction motor. This is a three frame reduction in size!
The SyMAX® IHP motor has a power range from 1/2 HP to 150HP and typically has twice the torque of an equivalent induction motor in the same frame size. Imagine a world with no belts, sheaves, or gearing, the cost savings along with the on-going savings in maintenance cost, and downtime due to worn out mechanical products.

Filling in oil is therefore committed to the customer, who will have to introduce the necessary amount of oil. We would like, anyhow, to point out that the quantities given in the tables have a merely indicative value: customer will have in any case to fill in oil up to achieving the level which is visible at sight on the transparent level plug. For the selection of oil, we recommend to strictly adhere to the tables of lubricant.
